Like most fish, it is also a great source of low-fat protein, as well as helping to protect against age-related conditions, such as dementia.
One of the foods most widely classified as a superfood, blueberries are high in potassium and vitamin C, as well as containing notable levels of antioxidants and phytoflavinoids. They are also thought to be able to lower the risk of heart disease, and even cancer.
